By accessing or using CollectiveTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CollectiveTools provides union and team management software, including modules for salary estimation, shift swapping, civic impact tracking, case flow, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid modules are billed on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our billing policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

CollectiveTools, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
